The kit is based on principle of Sandwich-CLIA. Then a detection antibody (biotinylated) specific for Human COL11?1 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added to each well of the well and then the plate is incubated for specific time. The free conjugate is washed away by buffer. The substrate solution is added to each well. The well that contains Human COL11?1, detection antibody (biotinylated) and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear luminescence. At 420nm, the Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The obtained RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human COL11?1. The concentration is calculated for Human COL11?1 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples with the standard curve.
