    Product Marketing Executive (Biotech Products)
    Work location: Company Office at RG Mall, Rohini Sector-9, Delhi (Near Rohini West Metro Station) 


    We are looking for Product Marketing Executive to be part of our marketing team to provide product / sales support to our customers  and dealers. The position requires maintaining key accounts for target sales. The job profile requires techno commercial dealings with life scientists and life sciences research organizations in government and private sector. The person has to understand the products need by life scientists at Research Institutes & Universities to answer the product queries, prepare  product comparisons, provide training to the sales team & dealers, prepare promotional material like flyers, prepare quotations to achieve product sale, follow-up with customers for quotes & payments, take feedbacks, coordinate for the supplies and make documents related to the work.

The prime goal of the organization is to provide superior products and services to support academics, commercial endeavours & discoveries in the area of Immunology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Protein Research, Microbiology & other research sciences. Our principals are based in USA, Europe and China. We have country wide dealer network to strengthen our supply chain & marketing efforts. Our customer base include premier research institutes, universities, biomedical centres, colleges, research sections at hospitals in government and private sector. Our customers also includes leading pharma, biotech Indian companies, CRO and others. 

    Responsibilities and Duties
    1. Deeply understand product technical features, diverse applications, and commercial value propositions to act as a subject matter expert.
    2. Strategically identify and introduce specialized lab research products to Scientists, Scholars, and Lab Heads to generate high-value sales leads.
    3. Proactively identify new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing client relationships to ensure long-term growth.
    4.  Manage the full sales cycle—from handling initial inquiries and providing technical quotations to diligent follow-ups and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
    5. Assess customer need for their specific research needs, provide comprehensive technical comparisons, and deliver tailored product specifications.
    6. Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts, ensuring consistent satisfaction and repeat business. Foster strong professional networks through proactive and responsive communication via email, phone, and professional messaging platforms.
    7. Execute high-impact marketing campaigns using targeted emails, professional presentations (PPTs), technical comparisons, and flyers to drive inbound inquiries.
    8. Maintain work records of clients, sales activities, and workflow documentation.
    9. Execute additional responsibilities as directed by the Reporting Manager.

    Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
    1. Required Qualification: BSc / MSc / BTech / MTech in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Zoology, Microbiology, Genetics or Life Sciences
    2. Work Experience:  Preferably having 1-3 years in laboratory research product marketing 
    3. Must have good English skills in verbal and written 
    4. Good working knowledge of Ms Word, Excel, Powe Point 
    5. Efficient in making Internet searches for information needed
