Immunogen: A BALB/c mouse was immunized with mucin isolated from an ovarian cyst fluid (pure endocervical type according to the Fenoglio NA s classification). Fusion partner: SP2/0.

Dilution range: Flow Cytometry (0, 5 ? 1, 0 ug/million cells in 0, 1 ml). Immunofluorescence (0, 5 ? 1, 0 ug/ml). Immunohistology (formalin-fixed: 1-2 ug/ml for30 min at RT; requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM Citrate Buffer, pH 6, 0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min).
