Formulation: PBS with 0.02% Sodium Azide.

Immunogen: A BALB/c mouse was immunized with a mixture of erythrocytes of blood group A1 and a glycoprotein fraction isolated from the saliva of secretors with blood group A of human origin. Fusion partner: P3-X63-Ag8.653.

Dilution range: Agglutination. Flow cytometry (0, 5?1, 0 ug/million cells in 0, 1 ml). Immunofluorescence (0, 5?1 ug/ml). Immunohistology (formalin-fixed: 1-2 ug/ml for 30 min. at RT; requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6, 0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min).
