Dilution range: ELISA (solid phase: 0, 1-100 ug/ml; tracer: 0, 001-100 ug/ml for 30 min at RT). Flow cytometry (0, 5-1, 0 ug/ml). Immunofluorescence (0, 5-1, 0 ug/ml). Immunohistology (1-2 ug/ml for 30-60 min at RT; for staining of formalin-fixed tissues no suitable antigen retrieval method is known to date).
