Immunogen: A BALB/c mouse was immunized with k562 (erythroid-myeloid leukemia cell line).Fusion partner: SP2/0.

Dilution range: ELISA (solid phase: not known; tracer: 0, 001-100 ug/ml for 30 min at RT). Flow cytometry (0, 5-1, 0 ug/million cells in 0, 1 ml). Immunofluorescence (0, 5-1, 0 ug/ml). Immunohistology (formalin-fixed: 1-2 ug/ml for 30 min at RT; staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM Tris in 1mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes).
