Immunogen: A BALB/c mouse was immunized with NALM1 + NALM16 cells. Fusion partner: Sp2/0.

Dilution range: Flow Cytometry (0, 5-2, 0 Mu g/million cells in 0, 1ml for 30 min, at 4?C). Immunofluorescence (0, 5-2, 0 Mu g/ml). Immunohistology (1-2 Mu g/ml for 30 min at RT; no suitable antigen retrieval procedure is known to date for formalin-fixed tissues).
