Formulation: PBS with 0.02% Sodium Azide.

Immunogen: A BALB/c mouse was immunized with human thymocytes. Fusion partner: Sp2/0.

Dilution range: Flow cytometry (0.5-1.0 ug/million cells in 0.1 ml). Immunohistology (1.0-2.0 ug/ml for 30 min at RT; staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min). Immunoprecipitation (1.0-2.0 ug per 100-500 ug of total cell lysate protein/1ml of anti-mouse coated sepharose-4B suspension).
