Immunogen: A BALB/c mouse was immunized with stimulated human leucocytes. Fusion partner: NS-1.

Dilution range: ELISA (solid phase: 0, 1-100 ug/ml; tracer: 0, 001-100 ug/ml for 20 min at RT). Flow cytometry (1-2 ug/million cells for 30 min, at 4?C). Functional studies (0, 02-2, 0 ug/ml without azide). Immunoblotting (1-2 ug/ml). Immunofluorescence (1-2 ug/ml). Immunohistology (1-2 ug/ml for 30 min at RT; no antigen retrieval procedure is known to date for formalin-fixed tissues).
