Formulation: PBS with 0.02% Sodium Azide.

Immunogen: A BALB/c mouse was immunized with human peripheral lymphocytes. Fusion partner: P3-X63-Ag8.653.

Dilution range: ELISA (solid phase: 0.1-100 ug/ml; tracer 0.001-100 ug/ml for 30 min at RT). Flow cytometry (0.5-1.0 ug/million cells in 0.1 ml). Immunofluorescence (0.5-1.0 ug/ml). Immunohistology (1.0-2.0 ug/ml for 30 min at RT; an antigen retrieval method for formalin-fixed tissues is unavailable to date). In vivo/in vitro stimulation (0.02-2.0 ug/ml).
