Formulation: PBS with 0.02% Sodium Azide.

Immunogen: A BALB/c mouse was immunized with recombinant human p34cdc2 fusion protein. Fusion partner: NS-2.

Dilution range: Flow Cytometry (0, 5-1, 0 ug/million cells in 0, 1 ml). Immunoblotting (1-2 ug/ml). Immunofluorescence (1-2 ug/ml). Immunohistology (formalin-fixed: 1-2 ug/ml for 30 min at RT; requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM Citrate Buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes).
