Formulation: PBS with 0.02% Sodium Azide.

Immunogen: A BALB/c mouse was immunized with human B-cell line Daudi.Fusion partner: P3-X63-Ag8.653.

Dilution range: ELISA (solid phase: 0, 1-100 ug/ml; tracer: 0, 001-100 ug/ml for 30 min at RT). Flow cytometry (0, 5-1, 0 ug/million cells in 0, 1 ml). Immunofluorescence (0, 5-1, 0 ug/ml). Immunohistology (1-2 ug/ml for 30 min at RT; staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes).
