Immunogen: A BALB/c mouse was immunized with inactivated dengue virus type 2. Fusion partner: P3X63Ag.653.

Dilution range: ELISA (solid phase: not known; tracer: 0, 001-100 ug/ml for 30 min at RT). Immunofluorescence (0, 5-1, 0 ug/ml). Immunohistology (1-2 ug/ml for 30 min at RT; staining of formalin-fixed tissues is best after boiling tissue sections in 10mM Citrate Buffer, pH 6, 0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes).
