Immunohistology (1-2 ug/ml for 30-60 minutes at RT; for staining of formalin-fixed tissues no suitable antigen retrieval method is known to date). Immunoprecipitation (1-2 ug per 100-500 ug cell lysate protein/1 ml of anti-mouse coated Sepharose-4B suspension).
