Dilution range: Flow cytometry (1-2 ug/million cells in 0, 1 ml). Immunoblotting (1 ug/ml for 2h at RT). Immunofluorescence (1-2 ug/ml). Immunohistology (1-2 ug/ml for 30-60 min at RT; for paraffin sections no pre-treatment necessary).
