Immunogen: A BALB/c mouse was immunized with a BSA-conjugated peptide corresponding to amino acids 1-29 (MANSASPEQNQHCSAINNSIPLMQGNLPY) of human GnRH receptor extracellular domain.Fusion partner: SP2/0.

Dilution range: ELISA (solid phase: not known; tracer: 0, 001-100 ug/ml for 30 min at RT). Immunoblotting (1-2 ug/ml). Immunohistology (1-2 ug/ml for 30 min at RT; staining of formalin-fixed tissue requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes).
