Formulation: PBS with 0.02% Sodium Azide.

Immunogen: A BALB/c mouse was immunized with affinity purified human secretory component. Fusion partner: P3-X63-Ag8.653.

Dilution range: ELISA (solid phase: 0, 1-100 ug/ml; tracer: 0, 001-100 ug/ml for 30 min at RT). Flow cytometry (0.5-1.0 ug/million cells in 0.1 ml). Immunoblotting (1-2 ug/ml). Immunohistology (1-2 ug/ml for 30 min at RT; staining of formalin-fixed tissues is served by boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes). Immunoprecipitation (1-2 Mu g per 100-500 Mu g of total cell lysate protein/1 ml of anti-mouse coated Sepharose-4B suspension).
