Dilution range: ELISA (solid phase: 0, 1-100 ug/ml; tracer: 0, 001-100 ug/ml for 30 min at RT). Flow cytometry (0.5-1.0 ug/million cells in 0.1 ml). Immunoblotting (1-2 ug/ml). Immunohistology (1-2 ug/ml for 30 min at RT; an appropriate antigen retrieval method for staining of formalin-fixed tissues has not been established to date). Immunoprecipitation (1-2 Mu g per 100-500 Mu g of total cell lysate protein/1 ml of anti-mouse coated Sepharose-4B suspension).
