Formulation: PBS with 0.02% Sodium Azide.

Immunogen: A hybrid mouse (BALB/c x B6) was immunized with a cytokeratin-enriched extract of human ectocervical epithelium. Fusion partner: Sp2/0.

Dilution range: Flow Cytometry (0.5-1.0 ug/million cells in 0.1 ml, fix cells in 4% PFA for 10 min, at 4?C, permeabilize with 0, 2% saponin or digitonin for 15 min, at 4?C). Immunoblotting (0.5-1 ug/ml). Immunofluorescence (0.5-1 ug/ml). Immunohistology (1-2 ug/ml for 30 min at RT; an appropriate antigen retrieval method for staining of formalin-fixed tissues has not been established to date).
