Formulation: PBS with 0.02% Sodium Azide.

Immunogen: A BALB/c mouse was mouse with human cell line HL-60. Fusion partner: P3-X63-Ag8.653.

Dilution range: Flow cytometry (0, 5-1, 0 ug/million cells in 0, 1 ml). Immunoblotting (1, 0-2, 0 ug/ml). Immunohistology (1-2 ug/ml for 30 min at RT; staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM Citrate Buffer, pH6, 0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes). Immunoprecipitation (1-2 ug per 100-500 ug of total cell lysate protein/1 ml of anti-mouse coated Sepharose-4B suspension).
