Immunogen: A BALB/c mouse was immunized with partial recombinant MAP3K1 (aa1211-1310). Fusion partner: Sp2/0.

Dilution range: ELISA (solid phase: 0, 1-100 ug/ml; tracer: 0, 001-100 ug/ml for 30 min at RT). Flow Cytometry (0, 5-1 ug/million cells in 0.1 ml). Immunoblotting (0, 5-1 ug/ml). Immunohistology (0, 5-1, 0 ug/ml for 30 minutes at RT; Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM Tris with 1mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes).
