Dilution range: ELISA (solid phase: 0, 1-100 ug/ml; tracer: 0, 001-100 ug/ml for 30 min at RT). Flow Cytometry (0, 5-1, 0 ug/million cells in 0, 1 ml). Immunofluorescence (1-2 ug/ml). Immunohistology (formalin-fixed: 1-2 ug/ml for 30 min at RT; staining of formalin-fixed tissues is enhanced by preincubation of sections in 20mM periodic acid in 50mM acetate buffer pH 5.0 for 30 minutes at RT in the dark).
