Dilution range: Flow Cytometry (0, 5-1, 0 ug/million cells in 0, 1ml). Immunoblotting (1-2 ug/ml). Immunofluorescence (1-2 ug/ml). Immunohistology (formalin-fixed: 1-2 ug/ml for 30 min at RT; requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM Tris with 1mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 10-20min. followed by cooling at RT for 20 min).
