Formulation: PBS with 0.02% Sodium Azide.

Immunogen: A BALB/c mouse was immunized with synthetic human MUC3 (SIB-35) peptide. Fusion partner: NS-1.

Dilution range: Flow Cytometry (0.5-1, 0 ug/million cells in 0, 1 ml). Immunofluorescence (1-2 ug/ml). Immunohistology (formalin-fixed: 1-2 ug/ml for 30 min at RT; requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM Tris with 1mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 10-20 followed by cooling at RT for 20 min).
