Immunogen: A BALB/c mouse was immunized with mucin isolated from an ovarian cyst fluid (pure endocervical type according to the Fenoglio NA s classification) from an ALeb patient. Fusion partner: SP2/0.

Dilution range: ELISA (solid phase: 0, 1-100 ug/ml; tracer: 0, 001-100 ug/ml for 30 min at RT). Immunoblotting (1-2 ug/ml). Immunohistology (1-2 ug/ml for 30 min at RT; staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes; staining is enhanced by subsequent incubation in 20mM periodic acid in 50mM acetate buffer pH 5.0 for 30 minutes at RT in the dark).
