Immunogen: A BALB/c mouse was immunized with human p21 protein. Fusion partner: Sp2/0.

Dilution range: ELISA (solid phase: 0, 1-100 ug/ml; tracer: 0, 001-100 ug/ml for 30 min at RT). Flow Cytometry (0, 5-1, 0 ug/million cells in 0, 1 ml). Immunofluorescence (1-2 ug/ml).Immunohistology (1-2 ug/ml for 30 min at RT; requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes).
