Formulation: PBS with 0.02% Sodium Azide.

Immunogen: A BALB/c mouse was immunized with spleen cells of a patient with hairy cell leukemia. Fusion partner: SP2/0.

Dilution range: ELISA (solid phase: 0, 1-100 ug/ml; tracer: 0, 001-100 ug/ml for 30 min at RT). Immunoblotting (1-2 ug/ml). Immunoprecipitation (1-2 ug per 100-500 ug of total cell lysate protein/1 ml of anti-mouse coated Sepharose-4B suspension). Immunohistology (1-2 ug/ml for 30 min at RT; staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes).
