Formulation: PBS with 0.02% Sodium Azide.

Immunogen: A BALB/c mouse was immunized with human rTNF-alpha. Fusion partner: NS-1.

Dilution range: ELISA (solid phase: 0, 1-100 ug/ml; tracer: 0, 001-100 ug/ml for 30 min at RT). Flow cytometry (0, 5-1, 0 ug/million cells in 0.1ml). Immunoblotting (1-2 ug/ml). Immunofluorescence (1-2 Mu g/ml). Inhibits tumor growth (order Ab without azide). Immunohistology (1-2 ug/ml for 30-60 minutes at RT; for staining of formalin-fixed tissues no suitable antigen retrieval method is known to date). Neutralizes rTNF-alpha mediated cytotoxicity (order Ab without azide). Protects mice against toxicity of rhTNF-alpha (order Ab without azide).
