Immunogen: A BALB/c mouse was immunized with microtubular protein from pig brain.
Dilution range: ELISA (solid phase: not known; tracer: 0, 001-100 Mu g/ml for 30 min at RT). Immunohistology (formalin-fixed: 1-2 ug/ml for 30 min at RT; staining of formalin-fixed tissues is enhanced after boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes).
