Test Principal: Sulfhydryl compounds react with 5,5' -dithiobis (2-nitrobenzoic acid) under neutral or alkaline conditions to produce a yellow product which have a maximum absorption peak at 412 nm. Measure the OD value and calculate the total mercapto content indirectly.
