This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate of the kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse CALP. Test samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a detection antibody (biotinylated) specific for Mouse CALP and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added to each well of the well and then the plate is incubated for specific time. The free conjugate is washed away by buffer. The substrate solution is added to each well. The well that contains Mouse CALP, detection antibody (biotinylated) and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is completed by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. In the last, the optical density (OD) of the wells are measured by spectrophotometer at a wavelength of 450 nm ? 2 nm. The OD value comes in proportional to the concentration of Mouse CALP. The concentration is calculated for Mouse CALP in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples with the standard curve.
Tested Sample Types: serum, plasma and other biological fluids Assay Time: 3.5h Cross reactivity: This kit recognizes Mouse CALP in samples. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Mouse CALP and analogues was observed Precision: Both intra-CV and inter-CV are < 10%.Storage and Expiry: 2-8 degree C./-20 degree C., 12 months
